We have allocated 20 minutes for oral presentation of contributed papers, which includes questions and transitions between speakers. Authors should prepare slides that convey their message clearly and concisely in 15 minutes to allow time for questions and discussion. It is the responsibility of the session chair to determine how many questions to solicit from the audience to stay within the time limits.
In order to ensure a smooth session, we kindly ask you to follow the following instructions:
The poster stands are large enough to carry posters in A0 landscape or portrait format. We will provide you with the means to fix the poster to the stand. Please note that the conference organizers do not provide an on-site printing service.
The poster session starts immediately after the morning plenary talk at 8am. Therefore, it would be best if presenters put their posters on the poster walls in Donners Event hall before the morning plenary. Since we will have an oral session in Donners Event hall following directly the poster session, it is important to stop the discussions at the end of poster session and possibly leave Donners Event hall if you wish to continue the discussion. The poster can stay on the poster boards until 4:20pm at latest.
Authors are encouraged to use LaTex to prepare their manuscript that follows the IEEE conference specifications. Submitted manuscripts should be contained within 5 pages with font size no smaller than 10 points. Page numbers should be omitted. Submitted manuscripts should provide sufficient details of the research allowing reviewers to assess the originality and authenticity of the work. If full proof cannot be accommodated within 5 pages, the authors can publicize the supplementary material which can be openly accessed, and provide the specific reference. Duplicated submission to multiple conferences is strictly forbidden, but a conference presentation of a submitted journal manuscript is allowed.
Submission is closed.
